Minnesota Community Measurement This nonprofit entity is dedicated to improving the quality of health care in Minnesota. They recently reviewed data from 52 provider groups representing more than 700 clinics in the state. Their web site includes information about how each group performed in the following categories: diabetes, asthma and depression medication use, shots for babies and teens, check ups for babies, high-blood pressure, breast and cervical cancer screening and chlamydia screening.

Primary Care Quality Reviews View how area clinics performed on Medica’s Quality Reviews that are conducted annually by Medica’s registered nurses who have years of experience in health care quality improvement programs. The reviews focus on some common health care issues, including asthma, colon cancer and depression.
